The Unknown Chefs

I worked as Story Producer on The Unknown Chefs, a documentary project developed with Mercato Metropolitano and Cheers Films exploring London’s independent food culture through the perspectives of working chefs. My role involved developing the project editorially, conducting interviews, and helping shape the narrative direction of the film. Alongside the production, I also worked as an in-house videographer for Mercato Metropolitano, creating branded and documentary-style content across events and community initiatives.
